RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At this time, returns are not available. Please double check color, size, and design before ordering. If an error occurs on our end we will offer store credit to replace an item.
PLEASE NOTE: Store credit will be issued for all returns. We do not give refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit does not expire.
Before starting a return or exchange, please make sure to read the full policy below:
Exchange Policy:
At this time, we will not be taking exchanges. Please check size, color, and design choice before ordering. If you have an issue, please reach out to me personally via Facebook, email, or Instagram.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrived damaged, please contact me personally as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide a replacement item. If that is not possible, store credit will be issued upon the return of the damaged item. All damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. If reported after, we will not be able to offer a solution.
